Our client is currently looking for an experienced Agronomist to join their team in Orangeville, ON. This role offers the unique prospect to build and grow your own business within the company. You’ll work closely with growers to develop crop plans, provide agronomic insights, and create lasting partnerships that drive mutual success.

Responsibilities
- Grow your business by building trusted relationships and identifying new opportunities with growers.
- Develop and execute crop plans that integrate seed, crop protection, and fertility strategies to help growers achieve their long-term goals.
- Apply agronomic expertise in the field through scouting, sampling, and data-driven recommendations.
- Serve as a technical resource for your team and a trusted advisor to growers.
- Influence seasonal execution, service improvements, and the future direction of the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growers receive exceptional service and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, agronomic advancements, and best practices.
- Manage customer portfolios with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Provide agronomic insights that help growers optimize their operations.
- Foster a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Seek opportunities to expand your leadership and influence within the organization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agronomy, agricultural sales, or a related field.
- Strong agronomic expertise and a passion for helping growers succeed.
- CCA certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Field experience and the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
