The Café Manager is a hands-on leader who motivates their team, upholds service excellence, and drives operational efficiency while collaborating closely with the executive and culinary teams.
What are the duties to perform:
- 3 Years of experience working in management and coffee is preferred!
- Able to perform early openings 5 days a week, with open availability for weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office suite, internet and email
- Experience ordering and monitoring supplies, and ensuring appropriate product inventories are in place
- Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, practices, and techniques

- A valid Food Safety Certificate is required to ensure safety and quality standards
