Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a quick-paced environment. This role requires the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

- Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Offer menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink selections.
- Ensure guests receive attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Process bills and payments accurately.

Bartending

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
- Verify guest identification and comply with all liquor laws and Smart Serve regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.

Food Service

- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Check food quality before serving.
- Assist with food running and supporting fellow team members during busy periods.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily features, and promotions.

Teamwork

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, servers, hosts, and management.
- Assist teammates whenever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Communicate effectively with all team members.




- Be willing to stay until business needs are met unless approved by management to leave.

Cleanliness & Organization

- Complete opening, running, and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, server stations, and washrooms as assigned.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
- Keep work areas stocked and organized throughout each shift.

Qualifications

- Previous serving or bartending/serving experience is required.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Frequently bend, reach, carry trays, and move throughout the restaurant.
- Work efficiently in a busy, high-energy environment.
