Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly, packaging, and quality control of products. Production/Packaging staff are responsible for executing high-speed assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished food products while maintaining strict quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform high-volume packaging, sealing, and labeling of products
- Follow production schedules and work orders accurately
- Verify weights, portions, and presentation standards
- Apply labels and ensure correct batch/date coding
- Maintain clean and organized workstations (GMP compliance)
- Identify defects and escalate quality concerns immediately

- Strong basic math skills (weights, counts, simple conversions)

Core Competencies

- High attention to detail in repetitive tasks
- Ability to maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy
- Works well under pressure and tight timelines

- Standing for full shift

Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour
