Position Description
- Monitoring and maintaining legislation compliance
- Daily review of drivers logs
- Ongoing review of MTO legislation, maintaining all audit paperwork,
- Scheduling all required drug tests for drivers
- Provides dispatch support, clearing all backhaul shipments, maintaining and updating dispatch spreadsheets, and real time tracking of pickups and deliveries
- Responsible for customs clearance paperwork (ACI, PARS)
- Scheduling delivery appointments
- Assisting with assigning routes for drivers
- Administration duties such as processing all licensing renewals and registrations, scheduling truck/ trailer maintenance, and maintaining all operational driver files and truck/trailer files.
Experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Qualifications
Experience with Excel, Loadlink and ERP systems
Education
Education related to logistics or supply chain would be an asset
