Now Hiring: Part-Time Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative

Georgian Bluffs Animal Clinic is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on patient care and building relationships with clients. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about animal health, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

- Part-time
- Weekday shifts
- Every other Saturday required
- On call availabilty

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic is preferred.
- Candidates with extensive experience handling and caring for dogs and cats will also be considered.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compassionate, dependable, and a positive team player.
- Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments.
- Experience with veterinary software is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting clients and checking patients in and out.
- Answering phones,



scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries.
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians with patient care and treatments.
- Safely handling and restraining dogs and cats.
- Cleaning and maintaining exam rooms and treatment areas.
- Assisting with inventory, stocking supplies, and general clinic duties.
- Providing exceptional care to both our patients and their families.
