Our client in York Region, On is actively looking for a Bilingual Collections to join their team.
- Managing delinquent accounts and recovering payments
- Speaking with customers (calls + follow-ups) in a qualified, respectful way
- Negotiating payment plans, settlements, or repossessions
- Documenting account activity clearly in systems
- Using tools to track down customers (skip tracing)
- Evaluating risk and making decisions on repossession or loss mitigation Collections / accounts receivable
- Negotiation & conflict resolution
- Customer communication (especially difficult conversations)
- Decision-making under pressure
- Time management / multitasking
- Loss mitigation & repossession processes
- Account analysis
- CRM / collections systems
