We are seeking skilled MIG Welders & Fabricators to join a leading heavy equipment manufacturer known for its "person-first" culture and clean, organized shop environment. This role focuses on the structural fabrication of high-accountability machinery and heavy-duty components.
Work Scope & Responsibilities
- Structural Fabrication: Execute high-quality MIG welds on mild carbon steel for heavy-duty frames, conveyor systems, and industrial components.
- Precision Work: Perform multi-pass welds on heavy steel, adhering strictly to blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Quality Standards: Collaborate with the on-site Quality Team for weld sign-offs. We prioritize 10/10 structural integrity and durability.
- Shop Excellence: Contribute to a protected, well-kept environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.
Compensation & Total Rewards
- Hourly Rate:
$24.00 – $40.00/hr (Highly dependent on experience and weld test performance).
- Production Bonus: $2,000 annual potential.
- Retirement: Company-paid contribution $2,100/year.
