Full-Time/Part-Time Dental Receptionist

Old Town Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We are a modern, state-of-the-art dental clinic equipped with advanced technology and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Proficiency with dental practice management software is an asset
- Knowledge of dental insurance claims, treatment coordination, and appointment scheduling is preferred
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients in a warm, professional, and patient-focused manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Process insurance claims, patient payments,



and accounts
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients as needed
- Support patient communication and help create a positive patient experience
- Perform general administrative and front desk duties
- Contribute to the smooth daily operation and continued growth of the practice
