We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor for a large construction equipment distributor in Coquitlam. This is a Full time & Permanent for a growing team!

This is a family-owned growing business with 3 branches: Coquitlam, Toronto & Calgary! This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to grow into Parts Sales starting from an entry-level Sales role.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of Parts/Counter Sales experience
- Goals driven & motivated individual!
- Exceptional customer support & service skills
- Outgoing team player!
- Familiarity with the construction/automotive parts industry is a strong asset but not required
- Reflects longevity in past employment
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- References & a background check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate

Duties:

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on parts based on equipment models and customer needs
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent service and support
- Use parts catalog systems to research and locate specific components
- Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately in the inventory system
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping




- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of low stock or high-demand items
- Handle warranty claims, core returns, and special order requests
- Follow up with customers on backorders or delayed shipments
- Maintain client records
- Relevant sales team support tasks as required
