Status: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday 0700-1500

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr

Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, supervising security staff, ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures, responding to incidents, and supporting the delivery of a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support on-site security personnel
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and training requirements
- Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and calls for service
- Complete audits, reports,



and documentation as required
- Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, patrol operations, and key/card management
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols
- Support parking enforcement and site safety initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and incident de-escalation
- Perform other duties as assigned

Prerequisites

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification from a WSIB-approved provider
- Solid communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
- G class license
- Previous security experience and/or post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
