We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively while promoting our products.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage in effective communication to understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer interest.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers find the right products.
- Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques to enhance performance.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
