Business Systems Analyst Pharmacy Domain, Agile Requirements & Application Documentation Mandatory Skills and Experience Works in collaboration with Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform/application objectives as a suite of stories and specifications and help to define MVPs. Able to document, discuss, and understand business requirements by communicating with stakeholders.

Must have Pharmacy domain knowledge (Pharmacy Management System preferred).

Bilingual (both verbal and written) English and French.

Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as: Jira Confluence MIRO Experience comparing different systems and documenting findings.

Experience documenting and writing: SOPs Training guides Collaborates with the team to provide delivery estimates for user stories to gain commitment.

Creates user stories using testable and actionable acceptance criteria.

Works closely with development teams to ensure a flow of stories are specified and validated.

Provides discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the story definition and validation process.





Defines testing data and scenario coverage, including: Edge cases Non-functional scenarios Other test considerations Tracks and manages defects and works with teams to prioritize and resolve issues.

Acts as a catalyst for continuous improvement.

Valuable communication and articulation skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience Knowledge of basic Agile terminology and practices, including: User Stories Backlog Scrum Acceptance Criteria Knowledge of DevOps tools such as: Jenkins Gradle Git Knowledge of IT risk management principles and best practices.

Manual Testing experience.
