Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of trenchers, and support equipment

- Develop new customers and grow existing accounts

- Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and safely operate machines

- Identify customer needs and deliver application-specific solutions

- Manage territory planning, pipeline, and CRM reporting

- Partner with parts and service teams to support long-term customer success

Skills and qualifications :

- Ideal Candidate

Experience in underground construction, HDD, trenching, or utility installation

Equipment or industrial sales experience preferred

Comfortable operating and demonstrating heavy equipment on jobsites

Solid relationship-building and negotiation skills

Self-driven and capable of managing a defined territory independently
