Job Title: FP&A; Analyst

We are looking for a FP&A; analyst to join a solid, growing company that plays a key role in its sector.

This strategic position will place you directly with the management team to support decision-making through rigorous financial analyses, projections, and informed recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial and operational results to inform strategic decisions.

- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to validate data, optimize processes, and generate value.

- Actively participate in the budgeting process, cost tracking, and performance evaluations.

- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and tracking tools.

- Document certain processes to improve team efficiency.

Desired Profile:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A;, or management accounting.

- University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.





- Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas).

- Ability to simplify financial issues, work in a team, and manage priorities.

- CPA designation: an asset.

- Fluent in French, functional to advanced English required.
