About the Role

Tulum Mexican Restaurant is looking for a motivated and outgoing Event Sales & Venue Coordinator to help grow our private events business.

This role is responsible for generating new event bookings, building relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our unique event spaces.

Responsibilities

- Generate new corporate and private event bookings.
- Respond to event inquiries by phone, email, and social media.
- Build relationships with local businesses, event planners, and organizations.
- Conduct venue tours with potential clients.
- Prepare event proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with the restaurant management team to ensure successful events.
- Promote our venue for:
- Corporate Events
- Private Dining
- Birthday Parties
- Business Meetings
- Networking Events
- Holiday Parties
- Wedding Receptions
- Cocktail Events

Requirements

- Experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning.




- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- English required; Spanish is an asset.
