Salary: $55,000.00–$100,000.00+ per year (Highly competitive percentage split based on experience)
License: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification with the CMTO, or pending graduates/final-year students.

Key Responsibilities

- Personalized Care Plans: Assess client needs, review medical histories, and design targeted treatment plans tailored to their recovery or wellness goals.
- Collaborative Rehabilitation: Coordinate with our on-site Physiotherapists and Chiropractors to maximize patient outcomes through collaborative care.
- Efficient Documentation: Complete clear, accurate, and timely digital SOAP notes and progress reports via our clinic management software.
- Professional Excellence: Adhere strictly to College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) guidelines, hygiene protocols, and clinic safety standards.

Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license in good standing with the CMTO.
- Pending Graduates Welcome: If you are a final-year student waiting on your board exams, we offer structured mentorship and transitional hiring pipelines!

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,200.00 per year
