Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Fall 2026 Opportunity

We're currently looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team this fall. This is a great opportunity for an RMT looking to make a thoughtful career move, with time to connect with our team and prepare for a successful start.

We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for women's health to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Experience or additional training in prenatal and perinatal massage is considered a strong asset.

Massage therapy at Higher State is part of a cooperative care model. Our RMTs work closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and movement specialists to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that supports each client's goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized massage therapy treatments aligned with client goals
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Deliver safe and informed prenatal and perinatal massage care
- Collaborate with other practitioners to support optimal client outcomes
- Recommend co-care or referrals when appropriate
- Educate clients on self-care and supportive lifestyle strategies
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
- Active professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment and hands-on therapeutic skills
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- Prenatal or perinatal certification or experience is considered an asset
