Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines throughout service.




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Assist in training recent staff members on service standards and procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience with cashiering duties is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
