- Proven experience as a plumber or pipefitter
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and pipe fitting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand tools or power tools
- Weld or solder pipes and fittings together
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing installation with other building systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients
Foreperson - All of the above and;
- Minimum 2 year experience as a Foreperson
- Open Communication skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Require to complete weekly and Monthly safety Duties
- Quality Control Documentation Duties
- Sub-trade coordination
- Time Cards
