Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper and T1 & T2 preparer to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting data. Proficiency in various accounting software and strong analytical skills are essential to support our company's financial health and compliance. We are looking to hire:

1. Experienced Bookkeeper

- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations,
- HST/GST filings, and financial reporting
- Payroll

2. T1 & T2 Tax Preparer

- Minimum 2 years of experience preparing T1 and T2 tax returns
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
