Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and products
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic setting for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products by educating clients on hair care solutions tailored to their needs, enhancing their overall experience
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently




- Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction with every service
- Support team collaboration by sharing expertise, mentoring junior stylists, and contributing to a positive salon atmosphere

Requirements

- Proven experience as a professional hair stylist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain styling options and product benefits
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
- Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is preferred
- A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations
