Sales Associate — Glass Block Solutions

Blok & Co is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. We specialize in premium architectural glass blocks for residential and commercial projects.

In this role, you’ll assist homeowners, designers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals with product selection, quotations, and orders. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable discussing design and construction products.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Help customers select glass blocks suited to their design, privacy, lighting, and project requirements
- Explain product styles, dimensions, finishes, applications, and availability
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
- Process sales orders accurately and coordinate payment, pickup, or delivery
- Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects, and designers
- Maintain organized customer, quotation, and order records
- Follow up on sales leads and help grow new and existing accounts
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to confirm inventory and order timelines
- Keep product samples and sales areas clean, organized,



and presentable
- Work toward individual and company sales goals
- Learn Blok & Co’s product range and stay informed about new products

Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Confidence using email, spreadsheets, and sales or order-management software
- Ability to manage several customer inquiries and projects at once
- Willingness to learn technical product information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in sales, retail, building materials, construction, architecture, or interior design is an asset
- Knowledge of measurements and construction drawings is an asset
