We are seeking one or two reliable, motivated, and hands-on individuals to manage the daily operations of a well-established hotel in Beaverlodge, Alberta.

This position includes a private, fully furnished on-site manager's suite at no cost, offering an excellent opportunity to enjoy stable, long-term employment while significantly reducing living expenses.

As the on-site management team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, managing front desk operations, coordinating housekeeping, performing light property maintenance, and ensuring guests enjoy a clean, protected, and welcoming stay.

Previous hotel, motel, hospitality, or property management experience is an asset. However, we are willing to train the right applicant(s) who demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Check guests in and out
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries
- Manage online bookings and process guest payments
- Coordinate housekeeping and inspect guest rooms
- Perform light maintenance and general property upkeep
- Monitor hotel security and respond to guest needs
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative tasks
- Help create a clean, safe,



and welcoming environment for all guests
