Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and experienced servers to join our team in providing exceptional guest services in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong hospitality skills. Breakfast restaurant experience required.

Duties

- Follow the service standards of Cora.
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining attention to detail.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change as needed.




- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including washrooms, tables, floors, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
- Assist in training recent staff members on Cora service standards and procedures as required.

Qualifications

- Breakfast restaurant experience required.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
- Must be able to work flexible hours (weekdays and weekends, openings and closings).
