Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills in a rapid-paced environment, utilizing your communication and organizational abilities to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Bilingual skills and experience in technology sales or product demos are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Follow phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels




- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Support store organization through effective time management and organizational skills

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandising is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and stock levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently as needed

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
