We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our team. The candidate must be versatile and adaptable to the many demands of the position. He/she should also be comfortable working in a team and independently.

The position available is full-time, 37.5 hours per week at our Montreal office. Training will be provided by the existing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process and monitor accounts payable.




- Process expense accounts, verify vouchers and process reimbursements.
- Process credit card expenses, verify supporting documents, process payment and accounting.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare GST – QST – HST reports.
- Process payroll.
- Prepare various accounting and management reports.
- Any other inherent task assigned by the CFO.

REQUIREMENTS

- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Simply Accounting software an asset
- Initiative, dynamism and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Versatile and able to manage priorities
