We are a busy RMT Massage Health Centre located at Yonge & Hwy 7 looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong English communication skills, explicit, professional, and confident.
- High sense of responsibility, reliable, punctual, and attentive to details.
- Experience with SPA or wellness front desk preferred, especially handling high client turnover.
- Experience processing insurance e-claims is a strong asset.
- Manage booking system for client appointments.
- Assist and support all practitioners as needed, with flexibility.
- Answer and return phone calls, provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
- Build and maintain client relationships and assist all practitioners as needed.
- Assist with towel washing and drying (this is mandatory).
- Complete daily end-of-day payroll.
- Must be punctual and able to arrive by 9:50 AM each workday.
- Work hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday).
- Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- At least one year of work experience in a clinic, spa, wellness or health centre (If you do not have this experience, please do not apply.)
Compensation:
- $17.7per hour
