We are now hiring a Shift Leader at our 10th Avenue location in Calgary, Alberta. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.
This role will be a mix of hourly serving/bartending and shift leading. A shift leader is a member of the team that is responsible for managing a shift, holding our standards high, and helping the management team move our business forward. Our shift leaders are an integral part of our team and are the stepping stone to a career in restaurant management.

What You’ll Do
- Have clear and proper communication between Servers, Bartenders and Management
- Ensure that each guest is taken care of in a high volume setting
- Create long lasting impressions that adhere to the CRAFT standard
- Take accountability and responsibility with your daily tasks
What You've Done:
- 1 year of restaurant experience
