Join the Central Bark Inc team as a full time or part time associate and bring your passion for pets into your daily work!

Located at our bustling East St. Paul facility, this role is perfect for those who thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment and have a strong physical capacity to handle the dynamic demands of a doggy daycare and boarding service. Please keep in mind it is not always cuddling dogs, things can get loud and hectic!

We are seeking one enthusiastic, dependable candidate who excels in a team setting and bring a positive, proactive attitude to every task. We are looking for an upbeat, reliable, and hard-working individual. As well as a commitment to outstanding customer service! Prior experience with dogs or horses, is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing dogs in and out of kennels.
- Maintaining cleanliness in yards and kennels, including managing waste and sanitation.
- Overseeing and engaging with groups of dogs to ensure a safe social environment.
- Feeding and watering dogs, along with general care.
- Walking, washing,



and conducting play sessions with dogs.
- Assisting in overall facility maintenance including snow removal.
- Handling communications such as responding to emails and answering phone calls.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. We operate 365 days a year, celebrating holidays with our furry friends, too.

This position follows a split shift schedule, requiring availability from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and again from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Due to the nature of the split schedule, we are only considering applicants who live nearby.

Pay: $16.00-$16.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
