Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Coordinator in the construction industry in North Bay, Ontario.
The Project Coordinator will support construction work on pipeline projects. This role is a contract opportunity anticipated to be about 2 years in length. Must be local to North Bay, no FIFO / per diem offered.
Total rewards:

- $38.00 - $43.00 hourly
- Preferred rates for benefit coverage available
- Long-term contract opportunity

A typical day:

- Efficient project execution by ensuring projects are set up correctly, costs are controlled, and reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
- Work with field teams, supply chain, and business partners, the Project Coordinator supports strong cost control, procurement tracking, reporting systems, and project coordination activities, including project setup and closeout.
- Enabling project execution by providing financial coordination, purchase order (PO) management, reporting, and project coordination support across the project lifecycle.
- PO management, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and monthly reporting




- Support effective coordination across Construction Managers, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have:

- 3-7 years exp in Project Coordination
- Construction project experience
- Pipeline, Oil & gas experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in PO management, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and monthly reporting
- Ability to review the work product of junior project coordinator staff
