OutLash Beauty Boutique and SkinLAB Medical Aesthetics is a locally owned business in Calgary, looking to welcome a collaborative and motivated Lash Artist/Esthetician to our Montgomery, NW team.

Who This Role is For:
An ideal candidate has an existing or partial client base and is looking for the next step in their career with a reputable brand. You’ll be backed by a strong team and supported in expanding your clientele while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience as a lash artist or esthetician
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to adapt, learn, and contribute to a fast-paced workplace
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Interest in maintaining a consistent and engaging social media presence





Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent client experiences through services
- Provide detailed consultations and tailored service recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records
- Ensure workstations and tools meet AHS hygiene standards
- Create and post social content to promote your services
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
- Support day-to-day boutique operations, inventory tracking, and coordination with other locations
- Administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Compensation & Hours:
This is a part-time role to start with a guaranteed pay structure—hourly or commission, whichever is greater. Must be available Tuesday to Friday and every Saturday.
