Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by engaging with clients, demonstrating our advanced automation products, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and technical knowledge will help expand our market presence across various industries and regions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our automation products, including VFDs, servo drives and motors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer requirements.
- Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, POS (Point of Sale) processes, and order processing.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting basic technical issues and offering product guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Skills
- Multilingual abilities (English, Spanish, French) are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse clients in North and South America.
- Proven experience in technology or industrial automation sales with a focus on product demos and technical explanations.
- Solid background in cold calling, online sales and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette and customer service expertise.
