Job Summary

138 Student Living operates modern student and short-term accommodations at the UWI Mona campus. We're looking for a Residence Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day residence operations, resident services, and facilities coordination-helping deliver a secure, comfortable, and well-managed living community.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate front-desk/resident service activities: inquiries, issue tracking, and follow-ups

- Support residence life operations (move-in/move-out coordination, room readiness, resident communication)

- Log and triage maintenance requests; follow up with vendors/maintenance until resolved

- Assist with occupancy reporting, incident documentation, and basic admin tasks

- Help uphold safety, security,



and community standards across the halls

Qualifications

- 1-3 years in housing, hospitality, facilities coordination, or customer service operations

- Strong communication skills; calm under pressure

- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with tracking tasks and escalations

- Proficient with basic office tools (email, spreadsheets)

- Able to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
