Not Just Hair in Burlington is looking for an experienced Aesthetician / Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness salon.

This opportunity is best for someone who is independent, professional, clean, and motivated to grow their own clientele inside an established salon environment.

We are open to discussing room rental, commission split, or a flat daily rate, depending on your experience, services offered, schedule, and whether you bring your own equipment.

Possible services may include:

- Facials and skincare treatments
- Brows and lashes
- Waxing
- Body treatments
- Makeup services
- Other aesthetic services, depending on experience and equipment

Ideal Candidate

- Experienced and confident in their services
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Maintains a clean and sanitized treatment space
- Comfortable promoting their own services
- Has their own client base or is motivated to build one
- Brings their own equipment and supplies preferred
- Certified/licensed where required
- Available part-time, flexible days, or weekends
- Strong English communication skills for client consultations and service explanations; additional languages are an asset.





Compensation / Arrangement

This is a versatile opportunity. We are open to:

- Room rental
- Commission split
- Flat daily rate
- Trial contract with the possibility to continue long-term

Final arrangement will be discussed based on experience, services, equipment, and schedule.
