Warehouse Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations while supporting active construction projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. This role combines warehouse management, inventory control, material coordination, and occasional site deliveries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations and organization
- Logging, tracking, and maintaining drying equipment, including sign-out records
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring commonly used materials are always stocked
- Coordinating, ordering, and scheduling materials required for active projects in collaboration with the Project Manager and site teams
- Delivering materials to job sites and returning unused materials to the warehouse
- Maintaining company vehicle logs and scheduling regular servicing and maintenance
- Transporting company vehicles for scheduled maintenance when required
- Managing disposal of waste and unused materials from the warehouse and job sites
- Ensuring warehouse and job site safety stations remain fully stocked and compliant
- Supporting the project team with material fulfillment and logistics
- Responding to occasional after-hours emergency calls as required

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

- A valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of construction materials and general construction processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team
- The ability to work independently and take initiative

Previous warehouse or construction industry experience is considered an asset but is not mandatory.

Compensation

- $22.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
- Chance to work as either:
- Payroll employee, or
- Hourly subcontractor (preferred arrangement can be discussed)

Schedule

- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 15-minute paid break
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Occasional after-hours emergency calls

Work Location

This position is based out of our head office located at:

19 Waterman Avenue
East York, ON

Work will be split between the warehouse and construction sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

- Vehicle take-home privileges may be discussed depending on the successful candidate's location

Time Off

Payroll employees receive:

- 2 weeks paid vacation (vacation pay paid per pay period)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

The ideal candidate may also possess:

- Pleasure Craft Operator Card (Boat Licence)
- Experience operating and maintaining recreational boats

Seasonally, there may be opportunities to assist with the operation and maintenance of the company boat for client and owner events during regular business hours, evenings, or weekends. All such hours are paid at the regular hourly rate.
