- Consultative Onsite Visits: Drive to scheduled residential and commercial properties across Metro Vancouver to assess move scopes.
- Close the Deal: Deliver accurate estimates, overcome objections with professionalism,



and ask for the business on the spot.
- Pipeline Management: Track active leads and follow up using our simple CRM tools to ensure max conversion rates.
- Client Champion: Provide exceptional service that turns first-time clients into lifelong brand advocates and referral sources.

To sell our premium service with total confidence, you need to know how it actually works. Your first 1–2 months will involve paid, hands-on field experience alongside our top moving teams. You’ll master move logistics from the ground up, earn crew respect, and gain the exact knowledge you need to estimate accurately and close $100k+ in business.

What Makes You a Excellent Fit?

- Proven Sales Track Record: 1–3+ years of success in outside/inside sales, account management, or field sales.
- Closing Mindset: You enjoy face-to-face selling, building quick rapport, and confidently asking for the order.
- Great Driver: Possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (required for the company vehicle).
- Team Player: Willing to roll up your sleeves during initial onboarding to learn the business inside and out.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
