Required qualifications:

- Knowledge of commercial door hardware;
- Ability to master key and design master key systems;
- Knowledge of automatic doors/ service of automatic doors;
- Able to service & install commercial doors;
- Are professional, courteous, and have great customer service skills;
- Have valuable sales skills;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Are able to work alone and with others as a team;
- Are detailed oriented and have good time managements skills;
- Are able to listen and follow through with instructions;
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity is an asset;
- Are trainable and willing to learn new skills;
- Have no criminal record; and
- Have a minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.

- Electrified Lock Hardware: 3 years (required)
- Installing Commercial Doors & Hardware: 3 years (required)
- Installing & Servicing Medeco: 3 years (required)
- Installing & Servicing Von Duprin: 3 years (required)
- Repairing Hollow Steel & Aluminum Doors: 3 years (required)
- Installing & Servicing SVR & CVR devices: 3 years (required)
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G Class Driver's Licence (required)
