ACE Excavating Ltd. is a growing civil construction company with projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We're looking for experienced professionals to join our team in the following roles:

- Civil Foreman
- Pipelayer
- Grademan
- Skilled Labourer

What We're Looking For

Civil Foreman

- Proven experience leading civil construction crews
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of underground utilities, road building, grading, and excavation
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and production

Pipelayer

- Experience installing sanitary, storm, and watermain utilities
- Ability to read grade stakes, plans, and laser levels
- Knowledge of trench safety, pipe bedding, and utility installation
- Experience working safely around heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Gradesman

- Experience establishing and maintaining grade using lasers and survey equipment
- Ability to interpret drawings and grade information
- Skilled in checking elevations and directing equipment operators




- Knowledge of road building, excavation, and underground servicing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Skilled Labourer

- Experience in civil construction, excavation, or underground utilities preferred
- Comfortable working in physically demanding outdoor environments
- Ability to assist with pipe installation, grading, concrete work, and general site duties
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, dependable, and safety focused
