You’ll be guiding students through one of the most important skills they’ll ever learn. You’ll teach them not only how to pass a test, but how to drive for life — safely, confidently, and responsibly.

What You’ll Do

- Provide professional in-vehicle driver training following Young Drivers’ proven curriculum.
- Coach students through their fears, mistakes, and successes with patience and care.
- Teach defensive driving techniques and real-world safety strategies.
- Maintain accurate student progress records and lesson reports.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, parents/guardians, and office staff.
- Represent the Young Drivers brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence. Must have a Minimum 5 years at the full "G" level
- Clean driving record and background check. Must provide CRJM Check - Level 2 and Driving Instructor Application before training commences.
- Willingness to obtain a MTO Driving Instructor Licence. Requires 4 weeks of full time training (Mon to Friday 08:30am to 4:30pm - We cover the tuition fee!)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Do you have a vehicle, less than 5 years old, that you could use for teaching?

Experience:

- Driving: 10 years (required)
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence and been at the full "G" level for 5 years (required)
