Overview:
The Stone Installer Helper will provide hands-on support to the Stone Installer in executing high-quality stonework for luxury residential and retail construction projects. This role involves assisting with preparation, installation, and maintenance tasks while ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and installation of marble and other natural stone materials.

- Support with repairs and maintenance of stone floors, walls, and ceilings in high-end residential and retail environments.

- Take accurate measurements, assist in cutting stone, and mix Dry Pack or Thinset as required.

- Aid in grouting, protecting, and cleaning stone surfaces during and after installation.





- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support project completion and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for learning the craft of stone installation.

- Self-motivated, reliable, and possessing a strong work ethic.

- Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

- Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 60 lbs.

- Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.

- Ability to handle heavy materials safely and efficiently in various site conditions.
