- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hygiene coordination is required, either as a Hygiene Coordinator or as a Dental Administrator with hygiene coordination responsibilities
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
