We are looking for a reliable, common-sense individual to help look after a well-maintained apartment building. This is a straightforward role, you'll be the "go-to" person for keeping the property running smoothly and helping us find great new neighbors when a unit becomes available.

What You'll Be Doing

- Light Maintenance
- Unit Turnovers: Giving apartments a quick refresh between tenants so they're move-in ready.
- Showing Units: Meeting with potential renters to show available apartments and handing out basic applications.
- Leasing and Rent Collection: Processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and collecting monthly rent from tenants.
- Property Oversight: Keeping an eye on common areas (hallways, laundry room, etc.) to ensure everything is tidy and secure.

This Job Is a Great Fit If:

- You're "handy" with basic tools and enjoy fixing things.
- You're friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking to people.
- You can work independently without a lot of hand-holding.
- Experience in property management or hotel management is a plus.

Details:

This a full time position.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
