FMFN Group is seeking a self-motivated safety conscious individual who will be responsible for serving customers in person and via the telephone. The Petro Canada Service Cashier is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries and processing transactions. The cashier understands their role as a FMFN Group Petro Canada ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. This individual will also ensure that services are being provided in a proper and safe manner.

Responsibilities

· Greet customers

· Scan items, operate cash register, and process transactions; authorize gas purchases

· Maintain the customer service and checkout area for prompt and accurate processing of orders

· Stock merchandise; maintain facility cleanliness

· Balance daily transactions





· Other duties as required

Working conditions

· Schedule: Full-Time – 7 days on 7 days off – 1 st week 5:00am-2:00pm, 2 nd week 1:30pm-10:30pm

· Must be able to regularly move, lift, carry, pull, push and place objects weighting up to 25lbs

· Prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting and bending

Qualifications

· 1-2 years customer service experience is preferred

· Training will be provided

· Food Protected Handling Certificate is an asset

· Valid Class 5 Drivers license and a clean drivers abstract

- Willingness to drive on the highway during evenings or early mornings
