We are seeking a reliable, qualified, and customer-focused Full -Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is approximately 30-40 hours per week and includes a combination of daytime, evening, and Saturday's.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, a quick learner, and confident working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous experience using Jane App (Jane Software) and /or running insurance is required, along with experience working with insurance providers and patient administration.

Responsibilities

- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using Jane
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient questions and needs
- Process insurance-related inquiries and assist with billing administration
- Complete administrative tasks including scanning, filing,



and managing required documentation (MVA paperwork, chart copy requests, etc.) in a timely manner
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and staff
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Communicate effectively with practitioners, staff, and patients
- Support daily clinic operations and assist with troubleshooting front desk issues

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
