Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pipe Layer to join our heavy construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing underground piping systems, ensuring exact placement and alignment, and supporting various infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, mechanical systems, and safety protocols to deliver quality work efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Lay and install underground pipes according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, equipment, and other mechanical devices to assemble and secure piping systems
- Ensure proper alignment and elevation of pipes using leveling instruments and measurement tools




- Follow safety procedures including proper rigging techniques, equipment inspections, and hazard recognition
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use

Requirements

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to long-term employment
- Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset

Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour
