Responsible for delivering excellent member service, providing information about online products and answering general questions in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner, via email and phone to members nationwide.

Daily tasks:

- Responds to member inquiries in a courteous and professional manner by phone and email for Costco.ca deliveries.
- Helps members with online ordering through the website as required. (Areas of inquiry include website navigation, order placement and delivery follow-up.)
- Toggles between multiple programs.




- Assists with returns, exchanges and price adjustments as needed.
- Operates as a liaison between members, vendors, buying and operations employees.
- Responds to member concerns using problem-solving skills, tact and discretion.
- Seeks assistance from Supervisor when required.
- Processes a high volume of emails and incoming phone calls.
- Escalates calls to hourly supervisors when required.
- Meets department daily contact goals.
- Confirms member addresses, phone numbers, items purchased and quantities.
- Maintains the quality and consistency of written and oral communications while providing high level of member service.

Languages:

- Candidates must be able to communicate in English and French (oral and written).
- Bilingualism is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$34.40 per hour
