We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to etiquette standards
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.




- Communicate effectively in both English and French , ensuring clear understanding across diverse customer bases

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and French is required
- Solid communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, and enjoys helping customers. You should be comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base and able to adapt to different situations with confidence.
- Must have a PR card or Canadian Citizenship card
- Must have lived in Canada more than 5 years

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
