Responsibilities
-Lead by example during busy service while keeping the kitchen running smoothly
-Support day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep,cooking,ordering,quality control
-Help train, coach, and motivate team members
-Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization are always top priority
-Manage inventory, restocking,
and food prep to keep service flowing
-Jump in wherever needed and help create an amazing experience for every guest

- Has previous kitchen or leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Stays calm under pressure and enjoys a quick-paced atmosphere
