Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning operations, with experience in hotel or custodial services, and possess excellent leadership skills. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in upholding the reputation of our establishment through productive management and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and professionalism.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.




- Address guest requests or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures and equipment handling.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a housekeeping or custodial setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills for effective team leadership and guest interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Hospitality experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with industry standards for cleanliness and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
